Authors are required to register at the conference prior to submitting an abstract. A registration number will be created for future reference and correspondence.
Up to 3 abstracts will be accepted in each registration. From those, maximum 2 abstracts may be chosen for oral presentation, the third one, if accepted, will be selected for poster presentation.
Authors shall indicate their preference for poster or oral presentation when submitting each abstract (2-4 pages). The Organizing Committee, however, will make a final decision on the type of presentation (poster or oral). Two or three anonymous reviewers will evaluate each abstract. The abstracts can be accepted or rejected. Conference proceedings with abstracts for both oral and poster presentations will be distributed to all participants in digital format. ExHFT-11 is copyright free.
A selection of the best papers presented in ExHFT-11 will be published in special issues of Experimental Thermal and Fluid Science and Applied Thermal Engineering (Elsevier), Heat Transfer Engineering (Taylor & Francis), after going through the formal journal review process.
